How to delete your Sakanna account
Sakanna is operated by Inter-eCom LLC. You can delete your account and its data at any time.
Option 1: In the app
Open the Sakanna app and sign in.
Go to the Profile tab.
Scroll down and tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Option 2: By email (no app needed)
Send an email to info@interecomllc.com from the email address you used to sign up, with the subject "Delete my Sakanna account". We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm by email.
What gets deleted
Your profile (name, email, phone and WhatsApp numbers, photo), your listings and their photos, your bookings, your messages, and your favorites. We do not keep a copy after deletion, except where the law requires us to keep a record.
حذف حسابك في سكنّا
يُدار تطبيق سكنّا من قبل شركة Inter-eCom LLC. يمكنك حذف حسابك وبياناته في أي وقت.
الطريقة الأولى: من داخل التطبيق
افتح تطبيق سكنّا وسجّل الدخول، ثم اذهب إلى تبويب الملف الشخصي، وانزل للأسفل واضغط على «حذف الحساب» ثم أكّد. يُحذف حسابك فوراً.
الطريقة الثانية: عبر البريد الإلكتروني (بدون التطبيق)
أرسل رسالة إلى info@interecomllc.com من البريد الذي سجّلت به، بعنوان «حذف حسابي في سكنّا». سنحذف حسابك خلال 30 يوماً ونؤكّد لك ذلك بالبريد.
ما الذي يُحذف
ملفك الشخصي (الاسم، البريد، رقم الهاتف والواتساب، الصورة)، إعلاناتك وصورها، حجوزاتك، رسائلك، والمفضلة. لا نحتفظ بأي نسخة بعد الحذف، إلا ما يلزمنا القانون بالاحتفاظ به.
